i might go and ask to change a £20 note into 20p's at the shop
surely there's a chance i can get one?
Crazy! ..I'll have to keep an eye out.
is it bad that the first thing I did on reading this was check through my wallet for 20ps?
Got a sweet shop! I've got 5 of the coins! It's not April the 1st is it?
i gave the bus one of these coins on my last trip, i thought it looked odd with no date but thought nothing of it. i better get over this before i do something drastic...
I've got 2 of these at the moment, and there maybe more in the baby "cash jar" at home
When I go to the shop to get cigarettes at 4.80 a pack - I put the 20p change I get from a fiver into the jar without too much thought.
As soon as I heard this yesterday I shook the jar upside down to see if any came out and guess what, I found 2 undated coins straight away.
I know there are another 60 20p coins in there at least so I'll be smashing the jar (it's a cutie "my first baby ceramic jar which needs smashing once filled) and filtering through all the shrapnel to get the rest of the silver out
After reading this the other day I remembered I'd cashed in £20 worth of 20ps and other change to notes last week
