    Analysis - The governor of the B of E?s open letter to the Chancellor

    CPI inflation was 3.7% in April, it?s supposed to be 2%, so Mervyn King wrote to the new Chancellor to explain why.

    So student loans are still safe, savers should get out and spent, and people saving up for a house are stuffed
