    Batman, batman, BATMAN!

I don't have time to play many games any more, so until Half-Life 2: Episode 3 comes out... I'll stick to the creme de la creme.

Re: News - Question of the week - Which games are you going to buy?

So far my list goes Dark Souls which I bought the other week and clocked up 40 hours on it already!

Stuff thats due however which I have been told not to buy by my wife as they are on my Christmas list! :

    Uncharted 3 - PS3
    Elder Scrolls Skyrim - PC
Batman - Either PS3 or PC, undecided as of yet on platform though. If it is fully supported DX 11 (Not just a few odd textures here and there) then PC version or if I cant wait for PC then PS3!

Have a feeling that Batman though will end up being bought in the coming weeks as I am now around two thirds the way through Dark Souls (first playthrough). Cant see me doing a second playthrough though, its been a chew on getting where I am now on it, may eventually to see a different ending, not just yet though. Havnt been enjoying it as much as Demons Souls must admit, still do like it though.

Next year I am waiting on MoH 2, apparently in some of the BF3 boxes there is a flyer in there for a new MoH game and not forgetting Mass Effect 3 either!

Re: News - Question of the week - Which games are you going to buy?

I've got two Assassin's Creed games to "do" (Brotherhood I got 6 months ago, and I've got a pre-order on Revelations). Really looking forward to Revelations - think it could be pretty sweet. Both on XBox.

MW3 on the XBox - will play through the single player and probably leave it at that (assuming it turns out to be as poor as some have said - more MW1.25 than a proper '3). Wish there was a MoH game out at the same time, so at least it's got some competition.

And probably get BF3 on the PC - there's now CoD-levels of "buzz" around that, so I'm feeling honour bound to take a look.

Actually, I'm thinking that most of my time is going to be bought up with back-catalog stuff - e.g. Driver:SanFran still to finish, Forza4 to "exercise", DeusEx to finish, Fable3 to start. So many games, so little time...

Re: News - Question of the week - Which games are you going to buy?

I don't "look forward" to games because they more often than not end up shipping a buggy game to meet their deadline and then fix it later. So I wait until developers fix their games before I buy them.

I used to ignore that aspect of games for multi-player but I wasn't impressed with BF3 when I played the Alpha and Beta. I've completely ignored anything Call of Duty since number 4 and I am happy I did.

Right now I'm playing Magic The Gathering, Frozen Synapse, Cogs, Super Meat Boy, VVVVV along with other games in the Humble Bundles and will be playing Portal 2 along with DLC from Shogun 2 and Fallout: New Vegas after Christmas. Sometime next year I'll see how Skyrim is doing, hopefully by then most the bugs have been removed from the game.

Re: News - Question of the week - Which games are you going to buy?

The Old Republic is the only game on my radar at the moment. There are loads of others that I want to play but I really don't think I will buy them because I won't have the time to play them. I doubt I will even play TOR that much but some of my friends will be playing and I loved KOTOR so that's why I'll be getting it. Ever since starting uni for the last few years I've found myself basically not playing games anymore - the opposite of what I thought would happen!

KOTOR series was rubbish. You have to choose from a menu what you want to do during a fight .. what a joke!

Uncharted 3 and Gears of War 3 are on the Christmas list. It'll be a surprise as to what one I actually get!

Batman has also appeared on the radar but I think it'll be a while before I get it.
An Atlantean Triumvirate, Ghosts of the Past, The Centre Cannot Hold
The Pillars of Britain, Foundations of the Reich, Cracks in the Pillars.

My books are available here for Amazon Kindle. Feedback always welcome!

KOTOR was one of the best RPG games ever from what ive played anyways, opinions differ here look at FF that did well... atleast KOTOR had some action , story was the best for KOTOR.

    Im looking forward to:

Battlefield 3 - PC (who wouldnt get it on PC?! this is the main reason for my new rig lol!)
Diablo 3 - PC, hopefully it will be good like D2 but after all the footage it seems like a WoW clone which is really dissapointing, id rather have D2 with new graphics as i love it still but alot of my mates wont pick it up purely because of the graphics .

Elder Scrolls Skyrim - PC, not sure about this one as i was 100% happy with it and excited and even preordered it however after seeing alot of footage it seems a bit "meh" and that they really have gone "SCREW YOU PC" as pc wont have much improved graphics. I hold a bit of hope though!.

Mass effect 3 - PC, preordered asap as i LOVED me1/2 even though me2 felt more consolised it also felt very good, id say bioware did an amazing pc port as the graphics were acceptable (faces and stuff always epic from bioware!) and the story is the main point of ME titles which i enjoy, cant wait for this especially as they delayed it... im not stressing im glad they did as more time = better game, was majorly dissapointed with Dragon age 2 as it was utter console/child tripe, didnt even complete it! So hopefully ME3 restores my faith in bioware .

SC2 expansion (obviously PC), loving sc2 and its our main RTS game so will be nice to have a new campaign and maybe a few units from sc1 back in . Will be preordering as soon as its up.

cant think of any more, batman AA was alright but it didnt keep me entertained enough but i may give it another go .

The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim, Diablo 3, Torchlight 2, StarCraft 2: Heart of the Swarm, Mass Effect 3 and the one I'm looking forward to the most: Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning.

Thankfully my pre-order shop of choice doesn't take payment until dispatch! Phew! Though being a reviewer during this period would be even better

I'm so torn! Have too much to do, not enough money and too many a list games.

I'm thinking BF3 since I played the Alpha and open beta. Yet I'm hearing awesome things from friends about Batman, dark souls, gears3 and forza 4. THEN Skyrim, AC Revelations, Uncharted 3..... It depresses me thinking I won't get to play most of them..... stupid 3rd year ¬_¬

Just got FM2012 which I seem to have managed to put 34 hours into since release on Saturday (I think Steam lies!). Other than that I have preorders in for Skyrim and Batman Arkham City. Beyond that there's SWTOR, pretty certain that will see me through to the new year.

No doubt I'll end up picking up Diablo 3 and Torchlight 2, but I'm not so fussed about release day purchases on those.
