in English please? How will it fare compared to RTX3000 series?
Brushing shoulders with 3090 at 250W would send fanbois into meltdown

Spec leaks have been out for a good few days now..
The important things are benchmarks and actual availability, given the issues that NVidia are having with stock, and AIB's cheaping out, AMD could really have a good end to the year if they knock the delivery of BigNavi and the 4000/5000 CPU's out of the park..
I'm quite interested in the APUs finally having RDNA2 if that rumour is true... I was planning to upgrade to a proper rig from my fx-based apu but unfortunately that may not be possible for quite a while now
Got any change?
i have no preference on AMD or Nvidia, all im interested in is a good card for a reasonable amount of money to last a few years. i wish they all came out at the same time so you can make a decision on what to get for your budget. all this waiting for different models is painful.
Dident Lisa say that they would double performance pr watt in between generations, or is that CPU's i bring into the mix.
I would take 2 X my 5700XT performance @ whatever wattage it is.
It has been a long time since you could extrapolate performance reliably from the likes of frequency.
Performance is among other things a combination of frequency, and Instructions per Clock, something Ryzen has been making big gains in improving, catching up a lot to Intel without the need to have as high a frequency, because it does more with less.
I've just bought a 3400g because I cba to wait any longer and I need to make my server smaller, the 4650g would have been my prefered APU but as I'm hardly stressing my existing i5-3470 I think the 3400g will do for now, plus I'm on an x570 board anyway so if I need to I can still upgrade at a later date..
So, let's talk about the model that will have the same CUs number as the existing 5700 XT (40 CU).
It will run at a bit lower TDP but with higher frequency and should have also some IP increase.
There will be also new features like ray tracing. I think it should be 20-30% faster than 5700XT.
Looking at what Nvidia plans to come out with (3060 Ti), will this card be enough at 399USD level?
Or AMD needs to go cheaper?
The more you live, less you die. More you play, more you die. Isn't it great.
