    Terminal Services - HTC Tytn

Hi all I have been trying to remote desktop to my PC upstairs (running Windows XP) through wifi all night I have check the firewall and the correct ports are open to connect. When I enter the ip address into the phone it just times out. I dont suppose anyone has any ideas what could be the problem, besides the obvious pebkac.

    Thanks
    Martin

can you access anythinng else through the Wifi?
Can you access the remote desktop from another computer?
Your answers to those questions will tell you where to look

Trying another PC first is definitely the best course of action, one not on on your network. You might need to forward the RDP port through your router.
