Hi there, I'm wondering whether anyone has run into this before. Company has just bought a load of phones from a network reseller, that run via the Vodafone network. Numbers were ported across from T-mobile.
Since the switch over the phones have been hard to get hold of, often when they're dialled you get a dead line, no voice mail, no "this phone is switched off" just a dead line. I'm wondering what could be causing it? Is it down to the fact my boss went for a cheap reseller who'se not routing the calls? Is it an issue with Vodafone's network being crap??
