    Re: Sony Ericsson XPERIA X2

Vodafone will be getting the X2 in November, o2 should have it by January.

Nokia E72 has pulled me in though, the X2 looks laggy in the videos so far.

All the reports of the X2 have said it's a bit laggy, but has sped up considerably with each new firmware release. Should be fine by release.
I do know everything, just not all at once. It's a virtual memory problem.

I'm due an upgrade around November time so i doubt i'd wait an extra two months tbh.
Might just take a punt for the pre or N900 is this case.

Very Nice. Loving my X1 at the moment, might have to convince the better half that she needs my old X1 so I can get a new one.

I'm torn between this and a HTC phone, but I still can't see a release date or a sim free pricing on this one.

I'm in the same boat, I am overdue an upgrade and have been waiting for this, or the Nokia E72, I called o2 last week, they said Vodafone have Xperia X2 exclusivity for 2 months, which means o2 will only have it in January.

Yes, it will be out in Jan, but tbh, if you like big touchscreen phones with no keyboards, why would you get the X10 when you could get the HTC HD2?

Android you say? Oh yes, its great with huge potential in the future, but at this moment in time WinMo 6.5 is better IMO, especially with all the work HTC have put into it.

Trying to make a point more than anything.
Anyway, won't it have a faster processor and shizzle?

They both have the 1ghz snapdragon processor, but HTC do a much better job at the UI then Sony, not to mention is thicker than the HD2 and has a smaller screen.
