Android questions

Hi guys,
I am thinking of getting two HTC Desire Z's, one for the wife and myself. I have never used android before and have some questions.

How is the current version of Android with flash?
Will Android display pages with Japanese characters?
Will Android allow input in Japanese characters via IME or do we need an app to do this?

One final question, both my wife and I use hotmail and yahoo for email. Will android allow us to use these email and synchronise the contacts or would we need to get gmail ?

Good plan I say, Im on my second android handset, a HTC desire and I love it! flash has worked for me perfectly apart from some elements that aren't designed for touch input. jap characters work as the browser is based on Chrome. Japanese keyboard input is also available but I don't know which alphabet it is.

Do you know about the synchronisation between email/ contacts with non gmail accounts ?

The HTC Mail app syncs very well with Outlook etc. I also use it to retrieve all email that gets forwarded to my hotmail address using pop and that also has worked faultlessly. I don't actually use gmail myself and so very rarely use the gmail app.

Am so looking forward to getting my hands on one of these phones, have already bought the sims, just need to get the phones now. That and wait till Christmas day.
