Orange seem to have some new tariff's

Sair was looking last night, and they've gone and named all their tarrifs after cute animals...

however...silly marketing aside, the'yre a helluva lot cheaper now too.

For over two years I've been with Orange but using an o2 tariff that they matched but never offered themselves.
£25 per month, 100 texts, 100 minutes any phone.

Even back in April when I last checked with Oranges own deals, they were way more dough.

Now...£25 buys you 150 mniutes and 600 texts!

the only gutter is that they have no Nokia Easy off/Rubber phones.

I have had the last two indestructable Nokia's and they are bloody superb. But I don't think they exist anymore

yup some ace new tarrifs - and for students its even better...

    £19.00 50 minutes 500 texts
    £25.00 1500 texts
    £25.00 100 minutes 1000 texts
    £30.00 200 minuites 1000 texts

All on either 12month or 18month tarrifs, generally with a free phone (N80 is only 50quid on the £25 tarrif, or the 6233 is free)

I'm going for the 25.00 100mins 1000txts one myself next week Just need to decide between the 6233 and N80 now ;/

If you are a pay monthly customer and it's time to upgrade, if you say you can get a better deal somewhere else then they will often give you a better deal than the one's on the website. Especially if you say you are going to leave them.

That's true, but you can't really beat the 100% cashback deals being offered as long as you're willing to send the cashback forms back on time.

I use http://www.reestitmutton.co.uk/ and http://www.simfone.co.uk/ to find out the best deals on offer.

Just came off 12months with mobileshop.com. Free line rental after cashback. Free xnet minutes and txts. Didn't pay a penny. Didn't need the free phone so Ebay-ed it and got extra cashback through QuidCo.

Even though I didn't go over my free minutes for the whole 12 months, O2 retentions still offered me a £15/month package with 200xnet minutes, 100txts + free phone when I requested my PAC. All the networks are desperate to retain customers.

Must agree with the comments above regarding cashback deals. I've twice taken a 200 anytime.200 txt tariff with Orange costing me £30/month. Think about it.....£30 for only 200 minutes? It's still too expensive (for me anyway!!).

The same tariff on cashback, you still pay £30 line rental to the network but receive most if not all back via cashback. Just make sure to adhere to the companies procedures on when/how to receive your cashback i.e. sending your airtime within a certain period.

I have T-Mobile Relax 30 with e2save. Over the year I pay £360 line rental and will receive £240 back in the form of 3 x £80 cheques. Works out to be £120 a year or 10 quid per month, for which I get 250 anytime minutes + 100 txts....Much better!

I suppose I am on probably the most dodgiest orange deal than most people, £60 a month for 2 sims and £690 cashback so effectively in the 12month contract i pay £30 which gives me 500 mins and 30 texts per sim, works well for me as im more of a talker than a texter.

Yeah I also notice there new tariffs but they had to do something to start competing with T-mobile FlexT. I've been on Orange since the last century and have an old ED50 tariff in combination with VirginOVP which makes my rent £9/month. I use this with 3rd party operators which basically makes my tariff worth it's weight in goal.... I get free calls to my folks etc in the States.

What I really need from Orange is a decent Data package comparable to Web n Walk on TMobile. At the moment the charge are ridiculous!
