I think the new tarriffs they have, especially online are very good indeed

^^ the new tarrifs are great - it's the customer service that is severaly lacking.

In any case it seems as if three are really catching up..so far i've got a better signal here in manchester than I did with orange, i've got a better contract, and i've phoned customer support a few times with some questions and had very short waiting times (no more than 3 mins) and very helpful staff (even if they are in india).

The jury is still out of course, but so far three are totally trouncing orange for me..

Indeed, orange have gone down hill quite a lot recently. I've been a customer with them for a few years now and have only recently (last 4-6 months) having problems in getting things done.

Also, just getting through to them on the phone is a guranteed wait of at least 45 minutes, be it a domestic or a business contract.

I think I will be changing my main service provider at the end of my current contract.
