I received one of these as a 'free gift' from Scan with my recent PC upgrade:

It's basically the adaptor card in a plastic bag, no manual, instructions or software. I have no other information about this adapter and can't verify that it works although it looks fine and was given to me by Scan.
It's yours for a couple of quid to cover postage costs (PayPal only though).
