    Exchange Server Migration

Hi, I wonder if anyone could help.

I'm currently in the midst of transferring our exchange mailboxes from one server to another, does anyone know a way of doing this quickly? At the moment I'm having to move each one individually, and it's taken the best part of 12 hours already, with two of us doing it.

I'm using Exchange 2k on a win2k server, transferring to another, faster win2k/exchange2k server.

Any help would be massively appreciated.

About 150 mailboxes, all in the same organisation, although in about 10 different containers.

    What does exmerge do?

Try installing the 2003 admin tools on a desktop and bulk moving them?

if they are same organisation , then you'll probably want to try and bulk move them.

Ex merge extracts Exchange mailboxes as PST's then reimports them. Its good for migrations between different organisations , but not so go for the same organisation as you loose single instance strorage.
