Live Messenger quick question

This is probably a really simple thing but it's got me stumped.

I've recently got a new computer at work and have put Live Messenger with Messenger Plus on it. It's all installed fine, the only problem is that I get the little 'person' icons against all my contacts instead of their chosen piccy. I've ticked the box that says 'See other's pics' but it's still got the stupid green icons. Anyone got any idea how to get their pics to come up?

is this in the contact list or in the actual conversations? i havent been able to get the images working in the contact list for a while, i assume they removed the feature?

It's on 'My Contacts'. I get the image on conversations as well...

Oh well, looks like that's been removed.
