Install problem :S

Im not sure where this thread should go but im trying to install a "Application/game" the game is COD:uo, i had cod1 installed and cod2 but i put in the CD for UO it comes up with the

i click on install this little box comes up with install shield or some rubbish go's away and nothing happens, i have install this game before but deleted it but now want it back cos its such fun, people have told me get it off torrents but i dont agree with it tbh.

Can ask what OS your using? Sometmes with Vista installs you may have to turn off the UAC if you have any problems.
