This program is awsome, it a bit like an instant messanger program but it uses VoIP. So if you have a decent connection and a microphone you can make free calls to people from all over the world for free. However they need skype too. Still its had like 6.3 million downloads in the past few weeks. GET IT ITS AWSOME!

does it work through any firewall and is it up to the same or, hopefully, higher quality than msn voice chat. if so i might be interested. fone calls to my gf cost a bomb wen im at uni.

works past nearly all firewalls and all NAT routers straight away no opening ports or nothing, also very high quality sound much better than msn

It's made by sharman networks, so clearly it will contain spyware and various "additions" that "enhance" (read slow down) your computer.
If Kazaa (not lite) is the devil, then Skype must be child of the devil.

They probably have some sort of packet inspection that's blocking it, rather than simple port/NAT limitations.
