    Got to go with the others on ccleaner, I use this fairly regularly and it clears masses of stuff that other (supposedly) cleaners miss, or can't do anything so just leave it.

    I will give it a go then, I reckon my hard drive is full of rubbish temp files. It seems to have filled up by 20gb in the last 2 weeks! I may have added 2-4gb of stuff to it and have no idea where the other 16gb has come from. When I run Disk Cleanup it only shows that it can recover about a gig.

    Installed CCleaner, I like it! I'm sure that after password entry windows started up 5 seconds faster. Also like the way you can easily delete auto startups for apps, 3 programs I just couldn't stop from autostart now don't.
