vista business versis home premium

Hello,
im thinking about getting vista 64bit.
ram is quite cheap these days £52 for 4gb. if i used my current os home premium 32bit i would need to take out my current 2gb. so i may as well get vista 64bit and use the full 6gb.
whats the difference between business and home premium?
i want the local security policy that business version has.
whats the cheapest i can get 1.home premium 64bit oem?
2.vista business 64bit oem?
4. vista ultimate 64bit oem?

Hi,

Home premium has Windows Media Centre included and Microsoft's MPEG2 codec, whereas Business doesn't. However Business has some extra features that are not in Home Premium, for example allowing Remote Desktop connections. Ultimate has everything but is nearly twice the price

Home premium and Business OEM seem to be about the £60 mark, whereas Ultimate was about £110 last time i looked.
