Failing to get work - F@H

'Ello, it's been going so well, haven't had any stability issues recently, but i've been forced to reinstall OS (June 1st soon, and i don't want to be prating about with 2hour restarts...)

So now, got it installed again, GPU client is working fine, but the SMP client is being an arse

I've turned UAC off to install it, ensured the account has a password as always, but now all i get is:

I've tried reinstalling the client multiple times with heightened user privileges...

Any ideas? Something simple?

I've just given up on the SMP client. I didn't appreciate the way it restarted the work unit every time I restarted my computer. As for your specific problem, I'm afraid that I am of little use - have you tried searching through the folding forums (right click GPU icon in sys tray -> Forums) to see if others have the same issue as you?

TAK what server are you connecting to??, it looks like the server you connect to has no work ATM!?

Retried just now and downloaded work straight away and i'm back up and running full steam, although i'm starting to question the worthiness of the SMP client, as the GPU client packs in ~7k PPD on it's own and together they pack in ~7000 PPD....
