Resetting Word 2000

Some little moneky has done some good old fashioned *ballsing up* and trashed what MS Word should look like... is there any way to get the menus and the page back to there default setting?

If you find starting with the /a switch sorts things but then starting normally goes wonky, delete the normal.dot file.
