Use Firefox myself, wonderful browser (altho the first release of 0.9 wasn't that good imo).
Personally i feel if IE was stood up against Firefox, netscape, opera and some other popular browsers, it wouldn't stand a chance. The problem is that most IE users haven't got a clue about IE yet they still stick by it. They still wonder where they get their viruses from
True, and it can sometimes be difficult explaining to people that use IE particularly those who dont have a clue about computers, why they should dump IE and get somthing else. I hope the rumors of a MS total restart/build of IE is true. If it is they could add proper support for CSS while their at it.

The thing is, if it is your own work then surely you'd try to promote it right? So technically he is only trying to seek gratitude for his work which is fair enough. It's a shame the rest of the world don't share his opinion

I have the latest version of IE. Every time I use it I get a virus... hence why I'm using Firefox.

0.9 had some issues (for me) where some pages/images would appear as random character strings. Also I found the download manager very unstable (altho the latest one still doesn't resume that well). Can't put my finger on what exactly was wrong with it since when I went to 0.9.1 all the problems were goneI think it's working fine and it's good, what's the problem with it?
Okay I see, I don't think I had any issues actually with it, but I've upgraded even though

never had a single problem with any of the versions of firefox, all worked flawlessly
