Hi there, im looking to make a Log or Jornal for my site which needs to do the folowing:

Post Date/Time
Have Field For Name Entry
Have Field For Main Text

I want to set up the log so that people can visit and write up there dreams (Its a dream log for some freinds) and i have no idea how to do this thanks for any help!!!,

You should start by letting us know what language and or database you will have access to. Otherwise, it will be more than a little difficult to point you in the right direction

cos you _WILL_ need some kind of active back-end. e.g. PHP, JSP, ASP, ASP.NET, Perl

It's most commonly known as a "Blog". You can always download a decent blog script.

Ok i had a look Jabalord.... only one problem... the field where you enter the database host..... well it wont let me write the whole thin in so im screwed....
