Outlook find bar

Hey guys i got some user bugging me about this and after a quick look i have no idea how its done (and cant be arsed to spend any time on it) so im reaching to your great wealth of knowlage

I need to get the outlook findbar to stay up perminatly, no idea why anyone would on a 15' screen when space is needed but ah well...

Just had a look on 2000...

don't you jut select find from the tools menu, and it does a bar at the top which seems to stay there.

As soon as you move folder it goes
