    Secure Chat Applications

    Hello all,

Do any people here use and secure chat applications? I'm looking for a secure chat app that has its own server and clients can conenct from local and internet. I'm currently using a 3rd Party application but to be honest its not that good, and doesn't appear to be advancing any.

What are the other options available? I have looked at a few Jabber clients but none seem to offer a clean interface with a single window secure chat appliation.

    Again, must be secure/encrypted.

    Thanks.

jabber does offer a clean simple interface in the form of the corperate jabber chat client.
I have an internal jabber server running here with ssl client connection. I'd say thats as secure as your going to get.
