SQL help

You spend 6 hours trying to find this data from a phpbb forum database?
Surely you would have been quicker to just browse all of it or whatever.
Or maybe your just an uber geek and really sad

Or maybe he's writing a report he wants to look at on a regular basis which means a saved SQL statement will be useful. Or maybe he's just trying to increase his knowledge of SQL.

Indeed - for 3 reasons i wanted to know how and why it works.

1) it needs to be in a PHP script, meaning i cant look at the database and give the user the info required myself.
2) it needs to be in my project report
3) i want to learn SQL better

We all have to start somwhere - unfortunatly for me i didnt know it didnt support sub-selects

I'm still learning stuff. Next i wanna learn how to put things on multiple pages such as articles etc. not sure how too though :/
