Mirroring the content of internal HD to an external Backup Drive

I just ordered my self an icybox and a drive to go with it after just deleteing 20Gigs worth of information. Yes im the silly bugger that dared go near the partition system of the new gentoo installer. So i bought an external backup drive. The scenario is this:

I have one partition which holds all my music..
I have one partition which holdes all my files (Documents, images, video etc)
And one partiton which is the standard C:\ partition (where windows and my programs sit).

I was wondering if there was any free software out there that would automatically copy any new content (so its an incremental backup) added to these partitions over to the external hard drive and thus make a perfect backup of each partition. I would normally do this process my self however, i have a lot of files and folders on each drive and it can get confusing when copying content between drives.

I've been using Karen's Replicator for a while link here. It's been very good and pretty flexible.
Hadn't heard about the MS one before but will have a look at that now - cheers for pointing it out Vini.
