Pseudo restarting Windows?

Hello,

Is there anyway to pseudo-restart Windows, without actually restarting Windows (Via shutdown restart) - ie. by stop starting all the windows services?

I'm just thinking it could be good if I could restart a Windows server / give it a fresh boot up "clean" windows - without actually having to shutdown/restart it.

Do you think this would be possible?

We've got a (crappy) Windows 2003 Terminal server that about 50+ people use - it's used heavily for printing from a (crappy) access db and there are always numerous problems with auto-mapped printers breaking, not un mapping themselves when the user logs off, and then failing to auto-map when they connect again... I figured if I could "refresh" it without actually rebooting it that it would run a lot smoother

if you look at the proccess VM useage, you might be able to see who the offending services are and just make a simple bat file to re-start only those!
