cannot find file "fxscom.dl_" message when installing fax services in win xp home sp2

ok, i just tried to install the "fax services" component of windows in windows XP home SP2, but got the following error message

setup cannot copy the file fxscom.dl_.
i had the win xp disk that came with my laptop in, yes. my buest guess is that its because that disk is only for SP1 (i have installed the sp2 upgrade), if that is so, where do i get the files required?

    thanks in advance!

i would contact MS support, because by the sound of it, it is rejecting the fxscom.dl_ on the cd becuase its too old. SP2 shouldn't doo that, it should of included it, or automatically update it.

but double check your not been a fool, check that your trying to copy it from your cd's 386 folder.

http://support.microsoft.com/kb/884032 you might be able to grab it from that file if its a case of your CD been damaged.
