Windows Live Messanger - SLOW!

Hi,

Anyone else having problems with the new version of MSN being very slow, rest of pc working fine and nothing else has changed but when signing into MSN this takes longer than in the old version but then I sometimes have to wait 2-3 mins for the 'new email messages' box to pop up and whiles waiting for this the whole PC seems to freeze - is it just me?

Yeah, I get that too. I also think the 'permissions' system you have to go through when a new person adds you (or vice versa) is a little contrived, and rarely works properly.
