    Running gear

I've recently switched from a mainly MMA exercise background to a more gym/running based fitness programme.

My question may be rather silly..

    But.

Can someone recommend somewhere to get inexpensive running shirts etc from? As my cotton t-shirts are RUINING my nipples. And I have discovered that there is no surreptitious method of removing tape from ones man mammaries in the changing rooms.

    Ta.

Take a look at Adidas Techfit range but not the powerweb as its crazy expensive...

£12 odd in argos and I can vouch for it big time:

Not sure about your nipples though.... lol!

    Re: Running gear

Heavyweight cotton shirts generally, I'm not a fan of those thin clingy, cheap feeling, lightweight cotton t-shirts.

I'll pop into decathlon/sportsdirect and see what they have.

Try rubbing some vaseline on them before you start exercising.
