Well, I want to lose weight and gain some muscle, ive started the stronglifts workout but I was wondering if anyone has done it and how much was achieved by this routine.
I currently 5x5:
Squat 45kg
Bench 37.5kg
Deadlift 60kg
Barbell Row ? (because when I did it I used a small bar with 10kg aside I only realised it was the wrong bar after the workout )
Overhead press 25kg
According to stronglifts in 3 months time I will be able to:
Squat 132.5kg
Bench 80kg
Deadlift 145kg
Overhead press 67.5kg
I personally think thats impossible but we will see, I will post my progress every 2 weeks.
Edit: I forgot to mention I weigh 86kg and my body fat % is high but im not sure what it is and im around 5'6" and im 16
