How to get taller ?

I wouldn't bother with height if i were you, instead hit the gym and get wider, if you know what i mean.

Short people need to be skinny ... this makes them look lanky and taller than they actually are. Getting ripped/wider makes a short person look fat and short... even though your height hasnt changed

OilSheikh, I'm not sure there is a lot you can do. Certainly a healthy diet, regular exercise and plenty of sleep will all help.

You mention secondary school so I am guessing (apologies if wrong) that you are not yet adult? Check where you are on page 2 of the growth chart, if you are concerned that you are significantly under height then you should see your doctor. In the bottom right of the page there is an adult height predictor - at the end of the day you cannot change your genetic make up.

Acceptance of who you are is important part of future happiness. Being shorter than average will not hold you back in life if you have ambition and determination, just ask the president Russia and ex-president of France, both around 5ft 6" tall - I wouldn't mess with Putin he is a black belt in judo!

friend of mine got it in the US who used to be smaller than me and now ( at least the last time I saw them ) was the same height at the age of 33.

Dont think I shrunk and other accounts seem to back this up of it helping.

Its alternative medicine though so be warned - I have no idea how genuine those accounts are but my friend was definitely taller ( I used to be almost 2 " taller than her )

I gotta agree with OS though , unless your tall-er being wider does not help at all ( Trent Reznor who beefed up quite a lot from being skinny , being just one example looks awful IMO now )

Some cant hurt of course , but going Hulk wont help.

For someone of school age, the best thing to do would be to get good sleep. Your body synthesizes growth hormone while you sleep. If you don't sleep well, it can't generate sufficient HGH, which results in undergrowth.

TBH unless you're malnourished or you have some sort of endocrine problem that results in you having low HGH then the chances are you're just not genetically programmed to be tall. My dad and both my brothers are over 6', I was well on the way until I just suddenly stopped growing at the age of 14 and never put on another cm (my little brother carried on growing until he was at least 16). I was disappointed at first not to make 6' but now I'm happy that I can always get clothes to fit (or at least I could until I started lifting weights ).

I will keep an eye out for anything and let you know any way , I know how you feel , I pretty much stopped growing in secondary school while all the midgets shoot up from 5 6' to 6 2' etc

I always wanted to be over 6' myself for tennis when young for the serve , but never made it until I cheated ( I used NCR too you see so I know it works.

Of course I didnt get it for that purpose , but it was nice surprise .

I always though he was round 5 10' or so ( pretty sure Prince is smaller ) ,then again I though hugh grant was over 6ft once till I saw him in person .
