He actually has two - "Paradoxes Of Defence" and later "Brief Instructions On My Paradoxes Of Defence".
A lot of it hinges around weapons, especially sword and staff, with a strong admonition of Rapier users, but the Principles apply to just about every conceivable form of melee combat.
A number of decent modern authors reference his works, along with a few others' works like Zach Wylde and Daniel Mendoza.
I found a PDF of "Paradoxes Of Defence" and it's written in weird old English, with a cross bar less f used for s. Strange. But I'm going to give it a go anyway because I like knowing those small, but important, technical tricks.
Interesting how it still applies "The More Things Change, The More They Stay The Same"
I'd suggest finding a modern typed-up version, for ease of reading.
