I was just wondering if anyone has started a fitness regime since the HEXUS.active forum was created? I hope it motivated a few people to become more active! If so, what progress has been made in terms of fitness over the last 6 months or so?

Yep, ive gone from struggling to keep up on slow 8 or 9 mile rides, to being at the front of the pack on pretty fast 15-20 milers. And i can now do bunnyhops and manuals. The downside is i now need to go back to the gym, because ive got thighs approaching tree trunks and comparitively weedy uppy body (used to be other way round)
Yup..
Doubled most things, cardio work I can now do 2-3 times what I can due to me actually getting into it, and getting my butt down the gym.
Weights wise, I can do aboue double what I could when I started out, started chess pressing 25-30kg and now I can do 50-60kg... can do this on most like benchpress, weighted sit ups, etc Did about 10 sets of 5 crunches the other day, with 50kg of resistance on each, damn that hurt Wouldnt have even have been able to do one when I started I dont think.
Plus I dont look as fat
