I never eat something big before work-out I just eat a chocolate-bar like Snickers or Mars. That's full of energy.

I workout early as well. It makes it really difficult to eat something prior to hitting the gym! It is far too early for me to have a meal! It's important to know what is the best thing to eat to have the best workout http://www.johnisfit.com/2011/03/03/...ter-a-workout/ It's not just about IF you eat something, but what you eat as well!
I tend to exercise after work rather than before, it means that I've eaten but at least 3-4 hours before. Rarely, if ever, suffer from issues due to lack of energy.

This is bunny and friends. He is fed up waiting for everyone to help him out, and decided to help himself instead!
agreed with small meal, if anything, before a workout, and pref 2hrs beforehand.
ALSO, make sure you get some protein straight after the session, pref within 20 mins. will massively effect how much you ache, and how well you'll cope the next day. The muscles want the protein to rebuild the damaged muscle tissue (which is how muscles grow).
I do endurance sports, and the after-meal is the most important for next-day performance. Can be carbs too, but make sure some protein in it. I often have a FOR GOODNESS SHAKE or Mule Refuel bar after a race, but they can get a bit pricey.
One can never stop saying Thank You
Before modern weapons changed the face of warfare, soldiers would eat chocolate just before and during battle because of the instant energy. There's a corresponding drop in energy later though as sugar levels normalize. What you eat after training is more important.
Btw, cardio and bulk building training are diametrically opposed. You either want to be lean and fit or big and unfit, like bodybuilders whose muscular bulk has a similar effect on the heart as obesity.
