I have just bought some free weights to do at home as i dont have enough time to go to the gym everyday. I was talkin to one of my mates and he said that doing free weights makes you go shorter?!
I bought them just for light excercise...(i do lots of sports - hence no time for gym) but i am only 5.11 and dnt wanna get even smaller. So, does any1 know if this is a fact or just some old myth tryin to scare people off free weights?
