Thanks.
I have Windows 7 64bit & an 80GB SSD. Apps & essential data is stored on the same partition as the OS. 12.3GB is currently used, with 55.9GB free. However, I have 8GB memory so put the 8.3GB pagefile on a traditional hard drive.
I have a Vista VM which is currently 10GB, so i think it would fit.
Go for Atleast 60GB, atleast this way you know your covered for the above and the inevitable increase in the OS size due to patches etc.

for all intents it seems to be the same card minus some gays name on it and a shielded cover ? with OEM added to it - GoNz0.
I skipped Vista, but have Win7 Ultimate on my netbook on a 10GB partition. To be fair, it's moaning a bit about being low on space, so I might have to expand it a bit. I prefer to keep the system partition small so that I can ghost it periodically and just back up the data files on other partitions.
thanks for the help!
