Sata hard drive enclosure help

Hi,
I just bought a sata hard drive and an enclosure of ebay, the enclosure doesn't have any cables to attach to the hard drive, I was hoping someone could tell me what they're called,

That looks like a plug that goes into the back of a sata drive. You should be able to connect the drive directly to that. It is also an awful photo.

Pretty much the worst photo in the world.

And yes, the drive attaches directly to that connector. It didn't come with cables because it isn't supposed to have any cables.
