N4100Plus missing options

I've just purchased a N4100Plus, and when I set it up it had firmware 2.0.00 and it had an option for RAID rebuild speed.

I updated to 2.0.04.3 and this RAID Rebuild speed option is now gone (this means that whenever the web interface is used rebuilding is very slow). Is there a better version that I can use, It looks like 2.0.04.3 has been around since July?

Also, where can we get the latest versions of modules made by Thecus (the print server, download manager and media server, and any other ones if they exist)?
