All Current Files Missing from Thecus Website Download Section

In the process of trying to download the 2.00.16 beta firmware for the N5200Pro, I discovered that essentially all files dated after Feb 4 are missing from the downloads section of Thecus' website. Not just the 5200 - all file types for all products.

I logged a ticket with US support asking them to send me the file, and got a less than helpful response saying that they would ask website support to look into it.

As a new Thecus user, how long should I expect it to take to get a response to this issue?

Any way to get response over the weekend? (I need the firmware in order to recognize Hitachi 7K1000.B drives after a cold boot).

    Thanks!

Re: All Current Files Missing from Thecus Website Download Section

Actually - I put in the new drives yesterday, cold booted, removed and inserted one drive to get it recognized, then warm booted and they all got recognized. Built the array overnight and all is well.

However, I'm reluctant to commit data to the array until I know I can cold boot. If have to cold boot, won't pulling a drive in order to force it to recognize the drive cause the 5200 to see a drive failure and cause a lengthy resync/rebuild? Am I missing something?

(And yes, it's on a UPS for short power outages - but thunderstorms are predicted tomorrow)

    Dear sir,

Could you please confirm if V2.00.16 corrects the bug introduced with V2.00.15 in relation to offline files and vista? This was due to the new version of Samba (V3.0.33), which has been updated in theory in V2.00.16 if I believe the update list, but I have read reports here http://thecususergroup.proboards.com...ay&thread=3256 that it was still V3.0.33, not V3.0.34 that was in V2.00.16 beta.

    Many thanks

    Dear Sir,

Thanks for your remind, the V2.00.16 SAMBA version is V3.0.33 still, thus we modify this readme already:
