    firmware upgrade failed

I was running a pretty old firmware (1.00.01.3) and tried to upgrade. I continuously got firmware upgrade failed messages. I tried versions 2.00.10 - 2.00.14 , nothing worked. After about 20 tried I ended up resetting the box, and now I can ping it but I cant access the web UI. From the looks of the LED it no longer realizes that I had RAID setup. Have I lost my data and what do I do now?

    Dear Sir,

Seem the DOM on N5200 damaged, thus please contact with your Thecus reseller/distributor for RMA service or replce the DOM.
On thery after replace the DOM (should be V2.00.1x or above) and we could access the RAID DATA, due to new version firmware change the system structure for better performancem, thus we would recommend to back data and than create a new RAID woudl be better.

Ok thanks. Is the DOM something I can replace myself or do I have to RMA with the original seller?

    Dear Sir,

Here we would recommend contact your Thecus reseller first, to verify which method for you and reseller must effective.
