M3800 turns itself on?

Hi my M3800 running 3 - 1TB drives in a raid 5 config. turns itself on every day at midnight. I do NOT have any scheduled events such as shutdown or startup in the system. The iTunes server is off and it still happens.

Anyone else having this problem?
