    Movie stops playing with M3800

Every time I play a movie using HDMI, Composite, or Component connections, at random times, the movie will stop playing and start over from the beginning. It is very frustrating. I have firmware 1.00.03 installed. I have 2 WD 1TB drives in raid 1 format. The drives are on the compatibility list. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

I would try upgrading to the latest beta firmware (1.0.5.1) which reportedly fixes some playback issues.

I will try firmware Version 1.00.05C and see if it fixes my situation. If not, then I will try the beta version. I will reply later today with results. the3200pro and poolshark thanks for your suggestions.

I installed firmware Version 1.00.05C successfully and within 10 minutes of watching a movie, the movie froze and started over again. I will try beta version and see what happens.

Just an update to this thread.

I installed the beta version and still could not watch movies via the HDMI, Component or Composite connections. But what I can do is stream wireless through my router to my PS3 and it works great. It does not fix the problem but it is a good alternative.
