N2200 Media Folders

I have set up two folders : PHOTO - VIDEO and sub folder underneath

When I sream to my PS3 I have to select from MUSIC/PICTURE/VIDEO whereupon I get some folders
ALL VIDEO/ACTOR/GENRE/FOLDERS - I have to select FOLDERS to get my VIDEO

This is a long winded route

Can I remove the ALL VIDEO/ACTOR/GENRE folders?

I logged a ticket with support weeks ago but received no answer
