The last year I decided to buy new notebook in Commart Thailand on 05/11/2006. I decide to buy notebook of Benq Model Joybook S53 Serial no. 98K45113436330157000DHS5. After I bought this notebook. I use it approximate 2 months, it have one problem from DVD Writer. I have to go to change DVD Writer at SCM Semitech Electronics (Thailand) Co.,Ltd on 19/01/2007.AFter that I use it approximate 2 months, I still find the problem from DVD Writer on 23/04/2007. I have to go to change DVD Writer at SCM Semitech Electronic (Thailand) Co.,Ltd. and wait for testing approximate 3 hours and call back to this company. They tell me just to wait DVD Writer from Benq. I must to carry Notebook back. Because DVD Writer will coming again in the next month. Now I 'm waiting from 24/04/2007 until now 16/05/2007. This is the best service from your dealer and your goal of company. My brother he use notebook of Fujitsu, he have the problem from Harddisk, he can calim the hard disk to the new one in one day. This is the service from Fujitsu. You should ask your company's goal about dealer 's goal is one goal or many goals to do. If your service is bad condition, I and my friend will buy new notebook for the best service are better. I don't know you will action anything but my mail is one of your customer will complaint to improve your service and your dealer 's service.
If you will delete this mail and ignore it . You can you it. But you will recieved other email from customer who recieved the service from your dealer and your company same.
I forgot to tell you DVD Writer in my notebook is Phillip. In your homepage the column of contact us please fill your email too. I hope you will have action as soon as possible.
