Just signed up, will be looking for knowledge I do not have.
Living in Spain, and have done since retired in 2006.
I have an old pc, not worth mentioning with XP on it.
Also an old mac laptop that I will never give up!
In the uk in my 'holiday home' I have another mac, and that is a year or so younger than the laptop at 8yrs old.
I am just a sentimental old 'puter owner.
When I worked I bought kit from Scan computers all the time in the UK for the firm.
What a great bunch of guys.

Hello everyone,

I signed up a short while ago (January 2013), but am just getting round to saying hello. In fact this is my first post here.

I first arrived at this site from one of the SCAN product review links. The quality of the reviews I got to read here at Hexus got me to check out the site more. I have encountered a host of excellent articles and offers, including free delivery offer.
Being one of those forum-shy individuals, I figured it would take me a looooong time to get up to 20 posts and I kind'a needed my components, so I just got on with my purchasing anyway. Though an attractive incentive, I doubt I will be benefiting from it any time soon as I have just about done all the buying that I intended from SCAN, for now. lol!

The Hexus site as far as I can see, seems a good place to bounce knowledge and ideas so I intend to stick around for a while. I am sure I will learn a lot from folk here and I hope I can contribute positively. And who knows, I might get to take advantage of that free delivery yet!!!!
