Firstly, the Welcome forum is for welcome messages, not advertising messages.

Secondly, OiD is quite right, this type of message needs to be cleared via the advertising department.

Normally, such messages are clearly spammers, usually using bots to mass post, and such posts would be deleted and the account banned without further consideration. This one, however, is quite clearly uniquely targeted, so I haven't taken it that far.

On the assumption that this is rather more genuine than most such messages are, please contact the advertising department. It may be that some arrangement can be worked out.

But please, no more advertising like that UNTIL you've cleared it with them. And not in the Welcome forum.
