    Service test time!

Ok, so I was tempted by the Tuniq 120 and bought one the other day. It arrived today so all is good so far however I'd not considered the fact that I'd not fully considered the way the PSU is mounted in my case (a Lian Li PC-V600) which means that the ruddy thing won't fit. User error, I know but what are my options here? I opened the little bags with the screws/springs in so I can understand that you might not be able to take it back for a refund, but it'd be hella appreciated if there's anything you can do.

Ok, so I'm winging it to see what I can do, but still...

If it were entirely untouched they'd have to take it back under DSR, but I'm hoping they might be able to help me out. Worst case scenario is it goes in a cupboard or I put it on the FS forum.

Make sure what you are asking for is fair - make sure you put yourself in their shoes - sounds like you are trying it on to me

Fair enough David... As I say, took it out of box to fit it, smacked myself on head when I realised where the PSU is mounted. It's entirely unused and as I say I fully understand if they can't take it back but if you don't ask you don't get.

agreed - but drop the 'chance to make a good impression' lines - as David says, be in their shoes, they can't resell it, after all how would you feel if you were shipped the one you had and it had been opened.
Please do not message me about Scan Free shipping, I no longer work for HEXUS.net

No it's a fair point guys - let me edit my stuff...

EDIT - that seem a tad more reasonable?

Sorry to be a pain, but any chance of an official line from the YYT guys on this? I'd prefer to get things sorted sooner rather than later is all.

What time will you be there until Kul? Can call when I finish work at around 5 if that's ok? Also if you have any suggestions as to what a good cooler would be in this situation (PC-V600 case, CPU mounted pretty much underneath the PSU) they'd be appreciated.

Alternatively would it be possible for you to PM me? It'll probably be quicker to sort it that way...
