Zalman CPU LED Fan, i have my dual core overclocked from 2.8 to 3.6 and have the fan running on silent mode (lowest RPM) and the cpu is happily breakdancing at 46degrees
and it is exceptional quality, i wasted several hrs of my life and quite a bit of money on cheap alternatives.
I would suggest the CNPS 9700 Zalman Fan. Ad raverbaby memtioned it is quite and runs the CPU cooler then other cheap brands.
Noctua NHU-12F
I bought one last week and on a std E6600 in a Antec TX1050 on a AsusP5WDH mobo I get the following temps:
Asus Probe II: CPU idle 19C
Intel Thermal Analysis Tool: CPU idle 29C CPU 100% load 40C
I think you'll agree that's a quality result.

Hi, just wanner say thanks, i got my self a Zalman cnps9500 and o my god, did this work or not went down by about 15c... thanks again..
Was over at CeBIT last week and I can report that TONS of high quality
Copper and Aluminium has been sacrificed on the alter of performance
to bring a whole bunch of cool coolers to market in the next few weeks
Not sure if Scythe, Thermalright and Zalman need new nappies just yet -
but I think some of the existing brands are going to be be put under some
serious pressure !
i have a E6600, wanting to change my cooler, is the zalman 9500LED better than the tuniq tower 120 and freezer 7 pro, need not make up my mind, could do with some reviews for wich to go for
My vote for Tuniq Tower 120
Question is which is easier to fit, that is the one i would want, i did mess-up building my pc, but thanxs to YOYO they sorted it, so i think i would opt for the easier
