    Why pay delivery on collection?

I understand that the price of delivery must be paid even if collecting from the shop. This makes the prices much less competitive and so why do you insist on adding the price of delivery?

It does not make sense as you would save on delivery costs if customers were to collect.

    Please clarify this, thanks.

they say that their store prices and web prices are different so you pay this surcharge for buying at web prices, it's only per order so if you buy more you'll save more.

Good tip though, when you reserve your item check that the store has a surplus of it, and then if not state your code and you will get the product anyway but for a mere £5, which knowing me you would probably spend on either 2x pints or a lowsy computer fair - where they charge you a £1 to get in - OUCH!

yes thats correct - if you state you are a HEXUS member - you get a flat handling charge of £5 per order.....
so the more you buy the more you save !!!!
