Arctic Cooling AF 12025

Hi there, I ordered an Arctic Cooling AF 12025 PWM fan (Yoyo 17361) from you yesterday by phone order as your web site kept dropping out. You delivered a package today - fantastic quick service thank you.

Unfortunately you have delivered an Arctic Fan 12 PWM (Yoyo 67282) which us useless to me I am afraid, as it is too deep - I want to replace the fan in my Tuniq Tower 120 with a PWM fan, so it has to be a standard 25mm deep fan and therefore has to be the AF12025 - the Arctic Fan 12 PWM will not fit.

What to do please?

hi there, i am afraid there's been a mix up on the arctic cooling fans....

both the fans we have are the deep designed fans, not the standard 25mm ones....

i have requested our website to be updated - with the correct picture....
